The ASU Chandler Innovation Center (ACIC) is a partnership between the City of Chandler and Arizona State University.

Fabrication shop
ASU Chandler Innovation Center has a 17,000 sq ft fabrication shop open to ASU students, staff, and faculty at no cost. Projects must be related to your education, research, work, or ASU organization. Everyone must take a new user orientation before they can access the shop, reserve equipment, or register for workshops. The shop is fully staffed and instructs equipment specific workshops every day. Full equipment list below.
Students without personal vehicles can request Lyft Pass codes that cover their rides to and from Tempe or Polytechnic campus. To request Lyft Pass codes you must sign-up for shop access first.
Classroom, event and meeting space
Classroom, event and meeting space is available for educational programming offered by ASU and nonprofit community organizations collaborating with ASU or the City of Chandler.
Space includes
- 4 flexible use classrooms with seating for 30-80 with presentation and zoom capabilities
- 1 prototyping lab with seating for 32 designed for project based learning
- 1 conference room with seating for 8
- 16 individual coworking stations

ACIC is open Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM over the summer. For summer access, Students must be enrolled in either a Summer or Fall semester course. Faculty must have a Summer or Fall teaching schedule.
